Sizzler is a Thai restaurant known for its buffet-style salad bar, always a top choice for affordable dining out in Thailand. While there was some public outcry recently due to price adjustments (people really love it), its popularity remains intact. Sizzler offers a wide variety of food options, including salads, soups, hot dishes, seafood, and steaks. The restaurant has a loft-like, cozy atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings, friend hangouts, or business meals. In addition to the buffet, Sizzler also offers an à la carte menu. Overall, Sizzler is a restaurant with abundant food options and economical prices.
As a person focused on fat loss and muscle gain, Sizzler has become a good choice for me (when I want to eat out). I tell myself to focus on the atmosphere and consider it a treat, even though I’m basically chewing grass.

Well, for us grown-ups, it’s a must to order one dish each. At the salad bar, it’s 169 baht per person (that’s in Pattaya). Prices might vary a bit depending on the area, you know. Plus, they have special meals from Monday to Friday, so you can fill up on goodness for just around 230 to 300 baht. Eating healthy and feeling full, what a win-win!
Children under seven years old eat for free, which often leads to us visiting Sizzler whenever it’s open on holidays.
