Lan Pho Na Kluea Market, the seafood paradise of my mind! 😄
While Preecha Seafood or Mum Aroi might be tourist hotspots, I’m no tourist… just a seafood enthusiast! But man, during the pandemic, I barely made it here, and post-pandemic, prices shot up like crazy!
Was torn between giant tiger prawns or lobster for a feast, but the boss’s sincerity won me over. Alright, it’s you, lobster!
One great thing about this market? Right after you buy, there are cooking stalls and restaurants nearby. Stalls are cheaper, like 30-50 per kilo, while restaurants are a tad pricier. But today, I’m letting the restaurant do the cooking… because:
No waiting at the restaurant
Today, I’m number one!
To kill time, I wandered the market, grabbed some snacks – not a bad idea, huh?
The park nearby got a fancy upgrade, with a new parking lot, but man, it’s scorching! Feels like it’s a hundred degrees out here! Took a quick pic and dashed back to the restaurant for my awaited feast.
Lots of folks waiting at the stalls – it’s too hot even for waiting!
Today’s loot? A hearty lunch, courtesy of my liver! 🍽️
