The moment I got out of the car, I knew tonight was going to be lively. The air carried a mix of charcoal smoke, seafood, and the evening breeze. There was barely a moment of silence: conversations, the clatter of grill racks, and laughter all blended together. The whole place felt like it was naturally in motion rather than carefully staged.<\/p>\n\n

Maybe because the restaurant handles such a large volume and the turnover is so high, I didn\u2019t run into any of those soft, mushy prawns you sometimes get elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n

Halfway through the meal, I started noticing one very practical detail \u2014 there was always someone nearby helping clear the table. Prawn shells and leftover scraps were removed quickly, so the table never became progressively messier as we ate. There was no need to worry about cleaning up; we could simply eat and chat.<\/p>\n\n

In that moment, it became clear that this wasn\u2019t simply a place to eat \u2014 it was more like a setting where people could gather and enjoy an evening together.<\/p>\n\n

You don\u2019t even need to look too closely at the numbers to understand the positioning. It\u2019s the kind of place that works well for group dinners \u2014 somewhere you don\u2019t need to calculate the cost of every bite, but probably wouldn\u2019t visit every single day either. It\u2019s crowded, noisy, and hot, but in return you get something very down-to-earth, straightforward, and strangely comforting.<\/p>\n\n

When it was time to leave, I slowly moved toward the exit with the crowd. As the breeze outside hit me, the smell of charcoal and seafood was still lingering on my clothes. The live band was still playing somewhere behind me. I didn\u2019t turn around. I just thought that next time I come, I might try to choose the timing a little more carefully \u2014 although avoiding the crowds here is probably impossible anyway.<\/p>\n\n
