I can’t recall how I met R, but we surprisingly hit it off. No fuss, straight to the food.
Indian cuisine is incomplete without some NAN bread and various sauces.
The most interesting dish was a round ball, where you use your fingers to dig a hole, pour in the ingredients, and take a mouthful. The flavor was truly unique.
The dishes were good but a bit oily. And an interesting thing: the kids weren’t too fond of this flavor.
From an Indian cuisine perspective, this is truly a great restaurant.
