About Rain Forest Cafe
I was just planning to find a random spot for lunch, and while browsing Google Maps, I stumbled upon this lush, jungle-themed place called Rain Forest Cafe. The front was covered in greenery, with a fish pond and even a little waterfall — it looked like the perfect shady escape from the heat. Without thinking much, I walked right in.

As soon as I stepped inside, I was honestly impressed. The decor was done with a lot of thought — walking in felt like entering a tropical jungle retreat. There’s a super cool air-conditioned indoor area, plus an outdoor space with swings, hammocks, and a big pond where you can feed the fish. It’s one of those places that just makes you want to relax and take a ton of photos.
The menu had a huge variety too — from Thai to Japanese to Western dishes. I was a little overwhelmed by all the choices.
In the end, we ordered three dishes: a large portion of Thai fried rice, a plate of stir-fried mixed vegetables, and a bowl of Thai spicy and sour soup. Plus two drinks. The food was tasty — the fried rice was especially generous, easily enough for two people to share. The veggies were nicely done, though the portion felt a bit small and more on the refined side.
