1.Go to Website https://mflowthai.com/mflow
2.Select “Register”
3. Read and Click these 4 small boxes in front then select “Ok”
4. Enter Mobile number to verify your identity then select “Next”
5. Enter OTP that has been sent to your mobile number then select “Confirm”
6. Enter Password, Confirmed Password & Email
7. Enter Customer type (Individual or Juristic), Nationality, Passport or National ID card number, Name, Gender & Date of Birth
8. For Individual customer type, If Thai Nationality, upload photo of applicant with ID Card (Take photo with holding your ID card). If Non-Thai, upload photo of applicant with passport. (Take selfie showing your face together with the Passport) (Note of JPG/PNG format only) then select “Next”
9. For Juristic customers type, enter Juristic person type, Name of Juristic person, Juristic Identification number, Telephone number of Juristic person and Head office/branch
10. Under Registrant Information-Authorized Person/Attorney, enter ID card no., Title, Name, Gender and Date of Birth will send via email as well within 1-2days.
11.Upload the first page of Company credentials (Company certificate must not exceed 6 months)(Note of JPG/PNG/PDF file only)
12. Upload Authorized person’s ID card/attorney (Note of JPG/PNG format only)
13. Upload Power of attorney for the attorney (Note of JPG/PNG format only) then select “Next”
14. After that you have to enter Passcode that system has sent to your registered email then select “Confirm”
15. For Juristic customers type, enter Company Address as per registered document
16. For Individual customers type, enter Registration Address
17. Both Juristic or Individual customers type enter Residential Address. Click “Same as Registration Address” or “Add new address” to add new address then select “Next”.
18. Under Vehicle ownership, select “Vehicle Owner” if the register person is the same with the Vehicle owner. Select “Vehicle Other Owner” if the register person is not the same with the Vehicle owner. Under License plate type, select “License Plate registered with the Department of Land Transport”
19. Input License plate number, Province, Vehicle Type, Brand and Color
20. Upload Car Registration Document. (Note of JPG or PNG format only)
21. Upload Photo of the front of car. (Note of JPG or PNG format only)
22. Upload Photo of the side of car (if any). (Note of JPG or PNG format only)
23. Upload Photo of the back of car (if any). (Note of JPG or PNG format only)
24. If you choose Vehicle Other Owner under Vehicle ownership from the previous page, you need to upload Letter of consent from the vehicle owner (Note of pdf file only) and Photograph of the Identification document of vehicle occupant (Note of JPG or PNG format only) under Car occupants information. But if you choose Vehicle owner under Vehicle ownership, this option will not be shown on the screen.
Remark: The Consent form can be downloaded from the Main menu. Select “Download” then select “E Consent of Vehicle Owner (M-Flow)”
25. Under Methods of payment, choose Pay one time or Pay in a billing cycle at your convenient. Under Forms of payment, choose Auto Payment or Manual Payment at your convenient. But for faster process, advise to choose Pay by time and Manual Payment then you can change method/form of payment again after once you registered successfully.
26. Read and click the 2 small boxes below then select “Verify”
27. When the Registration process is done, the window will pop up with reference code/barcode like this then select “Ok”.
28. After few hours, you will receive SMS when the registration is successful. Click the link https://mflowthai.com/mflow to Login
29. Select “Login”
30. Enter your Registered Email and Password then select “Login”
