brought a young colleague to Lucas Restaurant for lunch today, and we chatted about some collaboration plans.
The chandelier at the entrance instantly gave a relaxing vibe as we walked in.

We kicked things off with a melon and prosciutto salad.

This appetizer was super refreshing and delicious. The sweet, juicy melon paired perfectly with the salty prosciutto—such a great combo! The prosciutto was thinly sliced and full of flavor, while the melon was just the right amount of sweetness. Drizzled with a bit of olive oil, fresh arugula, and balsamic vinegar, it made the whole dish feel well-balanced.
One bite after another, then came my favorites: seafood risotto and pasta.

Check out this huge scallop…

And, for the sake of my adorable colleague, I made an exception and tried a few bites of dessert.

The moji looked pretty and tasted light, though it had a bit of a grainy texture.

Suddenly, it started pouring outside, but the view through the window felt kind of magical.
