Centara Ayutthaya was my home base for this business trip to Ayutthaya.

Ayutthaya is an ancient city rich in history and culture, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Founded in 1350, it was the capital of the Kingdom of Siam for more than 400 years. It became a commercial and cultural center of Southeast Asia, attracting merchants and diplomats from around the world. With influences from China, India, the Arab world, Portugal, France and other civilizations, the city was a true cultural melting pot.
The room at Centara Ayutthaya is designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. Creamy whites paired with warm greys create a relaxed atmosphere. From the higher floors, you can take in the views across the Ayutthaya plains. It feels wonderfully soothing.

The bathroom follows the same simple, minimalist style.

The minibar has water and basic tableware that you can use if you order room service.

Ayutthaya is famous for its grand temple ruins, ancient Buddha statues and majestic palace remains. One of its main sights is Wat Phra Mahathat, home to the famous Buddha head in tree roots, where the head of a Buddha statue is surrounded by the roots of an old tree, symbolizing the meeting of history and nature. Ayutthaya Historical Park preserves many important remains, including the Royal Palace and numerous Buddhist temples, offering a glimpse of the flourishing religious and cultural life of the time.
Then there are the shared facilities, with everything you could need.

The dining area is very comfortable too.
