Billy’s Burger, the star of Billy’s Smokehouse, is just too good. It’s not even a competition with In-N-Out for me. Lately, I’ve been working in this area, and discovering new, awesome spots like this is just what I need to lift my spirits. I’ve got to say, Thailand really has some hidden food gems.
Today, the place was pretty chill at lunchtime. The vibe was relaxed, just perfect.
The cooking area was spotless.
And even the simple table setup, with sauces and utensils, was clean and neat.
Here’s what I ordered today:
All I can say is, was that burger insanely juicy, or was I just really hungry?
The smoked beef with crispy onion rings, sprinkled with some spicy tomato sauce, was a taste sensation.
Since it was lunch, I couldn’t have a drink, so I went with a coffee and some tonic water instead.
Finished off the meal with a couple of macadamia ice cream scoops—seriously, pure enjoyment. If you’re into nuts, you’ve got to try it.
There was even an artist painting on the wall next to me, adding to the laid-back atmosphere. This place is a must-visit.
If you’re a burger lover, definitely give Billy’s a try—you won’t be disappointed. I’ve added the Google Map link for you.
