Billy’s Burger, the star of Billy’s Smokehouse, is just too good. It’s not even a competition with In-N-Out for me. Lately, I’ve been working in this area, and discovering new, awesome spots like this is just what I need to lift my spirits. I’ve got to say, great places to eat really are springing up all over Thailand.
Today, the place was quiet at lunchtime, with a relaxed atmosphere.
The cooking area was kept very clean too.

All I can say is, was that burger insanely juicy, or was I just really hungry?
The smoked beef with crispy onion strips and a little spicy tomato sauce was a taste sensation.
Since it was lunch, I couldn’t have an alcoholic drink, so I went with a coffee and some tonic water instead.
I finished off the meal with two scoops of macadamia ice cream. Seriously, pure enjoyment. If you’re into nuts, you’ve got to try it.
There was even an artist painting on the wall nearby. I really recommend this place.
