A place full of hard memories for me…
The history of Bull & Bear Steakhouse can be traced back to New York in the 1930’s. As for why bears and bulls, I think you will know what it means if you go in and out of the stock market. As one of the typical high-end steakhouses, Bull & Bear is available in Waldorf Astoria hotels in many countries. I called to make an appointment early in the morning, it turned out I was already the last group. The reservation was full (OMG).
After all, it’s Waldorf. The Waldorf in Shanghai is on the Huangpu River, and the one in Bangkok is next to the famous Erawan Buddha.
After participated in the interior decoration of Bull & Bear I can only describe that customer’s selection of materials is very rigorousness. In the end, I almost finished this case without making any profit. There is no other word to describe this Steakhouse except for the top level. The interior budget of the three-story building is also amazing. It is understandable that the owner would be so cautious.
After arriving at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, go straight to the 55th floor. You will see the luxury and the scenery is also very good.
As soon as you entered the restaurant, you could see a luxury bar there. Wow, you can’t imagine how touched I am….
Bull & Bear also caught my eye.
According to the recommendation of the service staff today , I chose the menu that he thinks is suitable for two people. Sometimes I just wonder if they have eaten the meal in the restaurant where he is staying or not. Otherwise, how can he accurately recommend the menu to the customer’s ?
For the main course this time, you can google the price by yourself. It is not cheap, so I won’t disclose it.
There is not much comparison between meat quality and cooking methods for me. It’s hard to say if you don’t eat the same level of meat and the same cooking methods. If you compare it with Chok Chai’s Steakhouse, the overall feeling is that Bull & Bear is when you eat hear, the atmosphere is very comfortable (of course for Waldorf), but the price is still higher than normal steakhouse…Anyway you can not say that it is a disadvantage. The consumption level and reputation of this restaurant is there already. Its Bull & Bear.
During this work period, we faced with serious internal friction within the company, imperfect working skill and the impact of digitalization on the old employees make my company suffer suffer and suffer. One of the parts of digital transformation faced this dilemma at the very beginning drive every of our management team crazy. ( but after a few years the outcome shows this is the right thing and right time also .) Furthermore there is the employees quit because of all these issues, malicious consumption of company resources, and even unauthorized changes to the schedule by our staff was also a big problem.
I survived and the taste of this meal is so very different.
