Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is located atop the Hilton Pattaya. If you’re unsure where to go for an evening in Pattaya, this is a fantastic spot for dining and drinks.
As you step out of the elevator, you’ll see the big, trippy Horizon sign on the wall, giving a hint of the unique experience ahead.
Walking down the long corridor, it feels like you’re about to enter a special place.
From here, you can take in the stunning views of the city and the Gulf of Thailand. The atmosphere is chic and comfortable, making it perfect for a date night or a gathering with friends. The menu features a variety of international dishes and expertly crafted cocktails that are reasonably priced.
The outdoor area also has a bit of a dreamy vibe, but today the wind was strong, so the staff didn’t allow us to sit outside. We still managed to snap a few photos, though.
Here, you can enjoy delicious food while soaking in the gorgeous scenery, with very attentive service. Whether it’s a romantic evening or a celebration, Horizon promises an unforgettable experience.
Today, we had a filling meal at Sushiro, so we came up here for some drinks and light bites.
How to get there: Head to Central Festival Pattaya, go to the 6th floor, and take the Hilton elevator to the 16th-floor lobby. Then switch elevators to reach the 34th floor.
