I really liked this crab meat and green papaya salad served with rice, with all the crab meat already picked out. It tastes very good even without any additional sauce. Those who prefer stronger flavours can add seafood dipping sauce. One plate is enough for two people to share. It originally cost only 150 baht, but the price has recently increased slightly to 180 baht.
Stir-fried scallops and baby corn with fresh peppercorns. Although it was described as mildly spicy, I still found it quite hot personally. My assistant, however, thought the level was just right…
This dish is called หมี่กรอบกุ้งทอดซอสมะขาม. The prawns are fried and then lightly tossed in tamarind sauce. Underneath is a generous layer of crispy fried noodles, along with cashew nuts. The flavour is savoury and sweet, while the springy prawns, crunchy noodles, and cashews create a wonderfully layered texture.

Although there is no romantic sea-facing view, ทะเลลานโพธิ์ ซีฟู้ด has another kind of comforting charm. In the late afternoon, light filters in through the windows, the table is filled with seafood, and everyone laughs while reaching for the prawns. That honest, everyday sense of life can be even more touching.
The staff are also especially friendly—not in the standardised style often found in tourist areas, but with a natural warmth that makes them ask, “Do you prefer it less spicy?” or “Would you like some more ice for your beer?”
Prices and Our Actual Experience at ทะเลลานโพธิ์ ซีฟู้ด
In terms of pricing, I found it very reasonable. Two people ordered four dishes and drinks, and the total bill was around 1,000 baht. The portions were generous enough to comfortably feed three people. Compared with other tourist-oriented seafood restaurants in Pattaya, this place offers genuine ingredients without inflated prices.
